  • How can I earn and use the points?

    Each online purchase you make on the TGV Interiores, you are accumulating Points that will convert into discounts, which you can use them in future purchases. For each € you spend will earn 1 Point, once you reach 500 Points, you will receive a 50€ Voucher to use on your next order. You will be able to use it, only once, in any order of our online store and will have six months to spend it.

    General conditions for the use of Vouchers:
    The Voucher has to be used at once, and you can not create a current account, it means, when using the 50€ Voucher on a 30€'s order, you are wasting 20€.
    The Voucher has a validity of 6 months.

    We have the following ways of payment: Visa, Mastercard, ATM, and Paypal.

  • Is it safe to buy at TGV online?

    Yes, the TGV Interiores website assumes a responsible commitment to its visitors, protecting their data based on the encryption of data transmission through a secure HTTP.

  • In which currency can I make the payment?

    All orders are in Euro (€).

    Please note that if your bank account is in a different currency, the exchange rate used to debit your account will be determined automatically by your Bank / PayPal and not by the TGV Interiores.

  • How can I complete the payment?

    If you can't complete the payment, please check:

    • The correct data entry. A simple typographical error or the introduction of uppercase and lowercase characters may lead to a not confirmed validation.
    • The validity or credit of the different types of payment with which you want to carry out the transaction.

  • How to place an order?

    Step 1:

    • When you open a page, will you find the Shop Menu level by categories:


      Click the image on the homepage to go to the indicated product category.

    Step 2:

    • Once you have chosen the products and their quantity, click on ADD TO CART.

      At any time you can see the products previously in the SHOPPING CART.

    Step 3:

    • Click the SHOPPING CART icon in the upper right corner of the page to see the selected items.

      Press FINISH to confirm the order.

    Then, you will receive an email with the order confirmation.

  • Do I need to create an account to place an order?

    You can buy without registering. However, registration has certain advantages:

  • How do I know the status of my order?

    Once the order is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to access the status of your order.

  • Which countries do we deliver?

    We deliver in all countries of the European Community.

  • How much does the shipping cost?

    Your satisfaction is our most significant goal, so we are happy to offer you the shipping costs.

  • Do you do assemblies?

    Yes, we provide an assembly service for mainland Portugal.

    This service will have an additional cost of € 50 and the term of execution of the service is subject to the availability of the assembly teams.

  • Can I return the order?

    From the moment you receive the order, you have 14 days, from the date of delivery to make the return.

  • How should I return?

    The return of the article will have to be complete, with all its complementary accessories, as well as instructions and original packaging in perfect condition. To make the return, pack the items as received with the invoice and send to the address: Rua S. Caetano No. 99, 4410-311 - Canelas, Vila Nova Gaia, Portugal. The cost of return will be borne by the customer.

    Return costs will be the responsibility of the customer, and should hire a carrier of your choice.

  • How will I be reimbursed?

    After the return, you will receive an email with your approval.

    The amount you paid for the item will be refunded in full through the same payment method with which you made the purchase.
